Making a Payment
How do I make a deposit payment?
You can make a deposit payment via:
- your business check
- for free through Square Cash using your debit card
- or with any major credit card through PayPal
Note: Please plan accordingly. Work on your project will only commence once your payment has cleared. It may take up to 3-5 business days for your business check to clear and 2-3 days for your PayPal payment to clear. Most Square transactions are immediate, however there may be a 1-2 day delay.

How do I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill via:
- your business check

Revisions and Change of Scope
What if my project needs additional revisions or I change the scope of the project?
Revisions: Hourly Fee Projects
Clients paying an hourly rate will be charged the same hourly rate for revisions.
Revisions: Flat Fee Projects
A specified number of drafts for review and revisions are included in the project fee. Additional revisions will be negotiated and added to the project cost.
Change of Scope
If the revisions you request change the scope of the project after our work on your project has commenced, it may be necessary to put the project on hold until we renegotiate the terms of the agreement. Payment in full is then due on all work completed by Christine Urban Media up until the point of notification of change of scope.
What happens if I cancel my project? Can I get a refund?
If you cancel or postpone the project after Christine Urban Media has commenced work, the deposit is not refunded. If Christine Urban Media has not commenced work but has already processed the payment, the deposit will be refunded minus an administrative fee.
Royalties
What does Christine Urban Media charge for royalties?
Royalties are negotiated per contract.
Scheduling
When will my project be completed?
The length of time to complete a project depends on the size and type of project and Christine Urban Media's current client project schedule.
Your project may take one to three weeks minimum to complete for a small project, or several months for a large project. Revisions or changes of project scope, or neglecting to provide Christine Urban Media with needed project content on time will also affect project timeline.
Please be aware that Christine Urban Media works on many projects concurrently, and if your project changes focus, your project completion date may move out significantly.

Do you provide training?
Yes! We provide both training of employees and customer education, as well as the creation of training materials.

Can you create training materials and reference guides?
Yes, we're happy to create training materials on your company's product or processes, whether for your employees or customer education. A company blog is a great place to educate customers in a friendly, relaxed environment and to provide a go-to reference for your product.

Writing: We offer copywriting, marketing campaigns, taglines, loglines, SEO copy, press releases, advertising, technical writing, web content writing, blogging and writing of blog posts, ghost writing of books, eBooks, and manuscripts, speech writing, journal and article writing, annual reports, direct mail sales letters, newsletters, case studies, white papers, and query letters.
Editing: We offer editing and proofreading of web content, marketing copy and copywriting, SEO copy, press releases, technical editing, manuscripts and query letters, scientific journals, articles, newsletters, processes and procedures, protocols, eBooks, white papers, user guides, speeches and presentations.
